I'm Lynn and I'm an empowerment coach. I help people re-envision their lives and make the changes necessary to bring their vision to reality. I'm all about exploring options, growing ideas and taking things up a level. Why not? My role is to create the space and environment for you to do the work that needs to be done. I'm here to dream with you - I'm here to be your practical guide to living a sweet life - I'm here to help bring a fresh perspective. I'm here to uplift, support and encourage.

I started my coaching career working with low income, first generation college students and underrepresented students to get them ready for their graduate career. My work has taught me the most important ingredient is being authentic to who you are. Period. Figuring out your authentic self is the challenge! Once you can reside in being who you are and being your best self, anything is possible as long as you are willing to invest your time and energy. This process certainly unfolds in infinite numbers of ways for infinite numbers of individuals. If you have been feeling off-kilter or just not right-on for some time, it's time to do something about it. Come and work with me and let's see what bubbles up.
