It's all about feelings. Your core desired feelings. Much of the time we set goals that are "outside of ourselves" - it's that "thing" out there that we want to achieve. Instead, what desire mapping does is allow you to focus on the way you are hoping to feel as a result of achieving a certain goal. By establishing how we want to feel, we can immediately begin to generate those feelings - in small ways - on a daily basis. It becomes as much about the journey as it does the end result. You can start to feel good right away!
